Hey, I'm Leo Bons.
I started building Aria Care at 19, from New Zealand. I love making software that people actually use in their day, not software that looks nice in a demo and gets forgotten a week later.
Support workers kept telling me the same thing. The work itself is meaningful, but the notes happen at the worst possible time: tired, sitting in the car, at the end of a long shift. So I built Aria Care around that exact moment. You say or type something rough, it gives you a clear draft, you check it, and you get your evening back.

Why Aria exists
Support notes usually happen when workers are tired, between visits or catching up after a long day. Aria Care makes the first draft faster, clearer and easier to review.
Where it fits
Aria Care sits before the official workplace record. It structures what the worker provides, then the worker reviews it and pastes the final version into their provider system.
What it does not claim
Aria Care does not claim NDIS approval, legal compliance, clinical approval or audit guarantees. It is a practical documentation assistant, and your judgement always comes first.
